What Just Happened?
Meeting the Avengers
Ariana woke up the next morning to see Natasha Romanoff seating in a chair near her bed. Ariana quickly sits up in her bed and looks at Natasha.
"Get up, Fury wants you," she said with no emotion.
"God Natasha, can you be anymore SHIELD agent-like?" Ariana said as she stood up and looked at her.
"Just come on," she said tossing Ariana an all black outfit.
Ariana barely catches the outfit as she goes into the bathroom and changes. It was a bit big for her, but she didn't mind much. Natasha opened the door and walked out with Ariana followed. The both of them walked into the main room as the whole Avenger team was waiting for them. Ariana smiles and had a bit of a fangirl attack. Tony smiled and looked like his casual self as Cap was standing up straight and had an old leather jacket on, Bruce was sitting down with a purple shirt on and was a little weary looking, Thor seemed to be in his 'Midgardian' casual look, and lastly Barton was standing up with his bow and quiver of arrow on his back and looked alert, ready for anything that may possibly happen. Fury was standing at his usual spot by the three computers. Ariana didn't know what to do, so she just stood and waited to see if someone told her to do something.
"She's the girl that know everything? But she's just a teenage!" Tony said.
"And yet I know exactly how you built your suit in the cave," Ariana said.
That seemed to get Tony and everyone else's attention," What else can you tell me?"
"I would continue, but I don't want to," she said.
Cap smiled as everyone seemed surprised that Tony got shown up by Ariana. Fury began talking about the danger that Ariana will be in if the word gets out. Ariana already knew the dangers as that was all she thought about last night. She zoned out through the entire lecture and she stared out the window. She was sort of hoping in seeing something that would end up in seeing the Avengers in action, but knew that probably would never happen this early. She heard her name and looked quickly at Fury," Huh? Sorry, I zoned out."
"Follow Stark and Banner to the lab. They are going to run tests on you," he said.
She nodded and follows the two men to the lab. She was nervous as she hated getting her blood drawn and hoped she didn't have to. She always felt light headed afterwards and felt the need to faint when she saw the needle or her blood in the bag. She wasn't afraid of anything, just didn't like needles or seeing her own blood.
