Luke wakes up. He looks around and he sees he's alone. In a chamber. He tries to get up and he can, so he ties to find the door. After a while he does and he escapes. He walks for a while until a knife flies past him. He turn's around and ducks as goldenrod flies towards him. They fight until Luke gains the upper hand. He finds goldenrod's weak point and he punches him there. GoldenRod yells and Luke escapes. He makes it to the landing site and sees a quinjet coming in with the helicarrier in the air. Shield came to save him. The door behind him flings open and goldenrod steps out. At the very moment the avengers, and Kayla came down. The fight was intense. Nothing could penetrate goldenrod's armor but Luke knew there was a man underneath. After a while goldenrod holds Luke in a headlock. "One move and the idiot dies!" Goldenrod says. Kayla watches with her gun pulled. "If you hurt him I'll kill you." Kaya says.

"Well if that happens you kill both me and him."

Tony was mad. Really mad. If his son died before him he wasn't going to sleep until goldenrod was dead.

"please don't kill my son."

"Give me one reason."

Tony and Steve look at each other. In a split second everything happened at once. Tony and Steve attacked goldenrod and he slammed them both down to the ground. Goldenrod fought Thor until Luke jumped on his back and stabbed him in the shoulder. Then goldenrod fell over the side of the mountain with Luke still holding on.

Kayla couldn't believed it. They tried to save Luke and he died. Kayla started to cry. Steve and tony just stood there, Thor was kneeling. Clint and Nat looking stunned. Then a hand appeared on the side and Luke pulled himself up. He tried to walk but he fell and just layed there. Kayla ran to him and held him in her arms.

"You aren't going to die on me, Luke."

"I know."

Then Kayla kissed him. Everyone else watched them, stunned at what happened. Kayla and Luke stared at each other. And she kissed him. Again
