This Isn't Freedom, This Is Fear

"Steve Rogers please report to the command room!" Coulson's voice said through the intercom. Steve was in the gym that was on the helicarrier. He gave the punching bag one more punch and left. He walks inside and sees Coulson, Natasha, and Fury all waiting for him. they looked serious. They show a city explosion. "I joined shield to protect people." Steve says. "Well captain, sometimes, you got to turn the old one down, an that makes enemies." Coulson says. "We have to use a lot of neutralizing power to save this city." Fury says. "I though the punishment usually came after the crime." Steve says. "We treat the world as it is, not how we like it to be Rogers." Fury tells him strictly. "This isn't freedom, this is fear!" Steve exclaims as he points out the window at the jets below. "Look Cap, you saved the world once, and we need you to do that again." Natasha says. Steve looks at all of them. "Fine." He says after a while. Coulson shows Steve a picture of who they are after. It's the Winter Soldier.
