Summary
HYDRA had everything planned out. For years they worked on infiltrating SHIELD, slowly dismantling it piece by piece. From Howard Stark’s fatal accident straight to present day, HYDRA worked hard and learned all the secrets SHIELD has been hiding. Knowing that they could use all that information one day soon.
Alexander Pierce thought his plan was ingenious. He thought he had every single angle covered. With the Winter Soldier doing his dirty work, along with the agents that infiltrated SHIELD, he saw no downfall. He only saw victory.
He couldn’t have been more wrong.
Captain America, with the help of Black Widow and Falcon, took down everything Pierce worked for. They destroyed everything HYDRA wanted; or so they thought.

Ukrainian handler of Chernobyl. HYDRA agent. Father died during the Chernobyl Disaster.
Jason
American handler of Chernobyl. HYDRA agent, ex-SHIELD agent.
