Cooking up Loki

"Do we have to leave? Alexia likes it here." Frigga looked over at me, and I shyly smiled.
"Have you forgotten about our daily classes? But if you wish to stay here, we can carry on tomorrow?"
"I wish to carry on tommorow." I looked over at him.
"Loki if you want to go with your mother, I'm fine with that."
"No. I want to stay here. Those classes are boring anyway, this place is much better. You can leave now mother." Loki then turned back towards the pond and gestured for me to sit down. I was afraid of what I should do. Frigga wasn't leaving like Loki asked her to. But she is the queen, and queens don't take orders from princes.
"You can stay here if you wish, but I do want you back before supper. And please, don't scare the girl with your tricks." I laughed.
"Oh, he's already done that ma'am." I turned around to see if she listened, but she was gone.
It started to get uncomfortable as none of us said anything. I just had to ask this though. "Those classes your mother was talking about, are they for your magic?" He said nothing at first.
Without looking at me he said, "Yes. My mother has magic too, and she teaches me how to use them. But I can use them for good or evil. She said it was my choice."
"I would love to have powers," I said quietly.
"Where do you live?" He suddenly asked.
"Huh? Oh, Raven Feather Ridge. You don't want to go there, do you?" He smiled.
"Oh yes I do. Are your parents there?"
"Probably not. They both have jobs in the village." He's going to ask.
"What do they do?" I knew it.
"Um, well my mom takes the vegetables from our fields and brings it to the stores. My father shines shoes."
"Oh, well we can have them work in the castle. That will give them a higher pay?"
"No, I don't think they would accept. But thanks for asking."
"Well, if they ever do need another job, just come to me. Let's go to your house." Before I got to say "No", we were suddenly infront of my house. My head started to get hot. What was he going to say?
"Not what you expected? It's probably the size of yours and Thors rooms combined..."
"Are you embarrassed of where you live? I think it's a nice little house Alexia! Can we go inside?" I led him over to the back door. We walked inside once I opened it. He started walking away from me, and went right into my room. I quickly followed after. He was picking stuff up once I got in there. "I reckon this is your room?"
"Yes. It's so weird seeing you in here..."
"Why?" he asked while turning around.
"It's just that I never thought the prince of Asgard would be in my room. It's not the nicest room, but it's mine."
"I don't understand why you dread your life so much. You think your life is tough? I...Nevermind. So, is there anything else to see?"
"Well, there is one other thing..."
"This is magnificent! I have never been on a swing!"
"There aren't any in your fancy garden!" I yelled up to him. This was my favorite spots to be. My swing. By myself. And now Prince Loki is on the exact same swing I am. But right before I could I could say anything else to him, the ground shook rapidly, and I fell. He went from the swing onto the ground. He put out his hand and I took it.
"Are you alright?" I finally got up on my feet.
"Yeah. What was that?"
"I'm not sure. Let's go back to the castle and see." I put my hand on his arm.
We were in the Main Hall, and the guards were running everywhere with weapons. Loki ran from my side, leaving me alone. I got bumped a few times by the guards.
"Father! What's going on?!"
"Get to the safe place! Something has gotten in through the gates!" I ran over to the window, and I could faintly see giant monsters running in.
"Alexia! Come with me!" I heard Loki yell. I ran from my spot over to him. But before we could leave, one of the pillars came crashing down. It was falling down right before me. I'm going to be crushed!
