Wildest Dreams

Chapter 1
I was falling, falling with the stars. Someone was yelling, but not my name. Someone else’s,
“Loki!” a man yelled form somewhere above me. I looked up to see a blonde man leaning over a technicolor bridge, screaming. I looked below me, to see another man. This one was slender and dark haired, and was wearing green and gold robes.
After looking past the man I saw something that my blood run cold. Beneath us, a thirty or so feet below us was a gaping black hole, one that was ready to swallow us both up. I clawed frantically at the air around me, but to no avail. There wasn’t anything that could have stopped the fall. The man below me however didn’t seem to notice that hole. Somehow knowing he wouldn’t hear me, I reached for him, hoping to alert him to our predicament.
When I managed to get a finger to graze him, well he froze. If only it were in the literal sense, but he looked up his eyes wide. I froze too, this man. Well he was gorgeous. After closing my mouth, I pointed to the hole below us. He looked down, and then looked back up at me. He reached up, his large hand encircling my ankle as he pulled me down. My skin searing from the contact.
He wanted us to fall together. The sentiment was sweet I guess. The hole was getting ever closer, ready to engulf us with its darkness. I buried my face in the man’s shoulder not willing to see our entrance.
Then, I awoke gasping and spluttering in my bed. I was also crying, big fat sobs that covered my face. Laughing at myself I wiped them away.
