Super powers aren't all they're cracked up to be. When the Superhuman Registration Act is passed, Eliza Lilly's personal mission is to escape Shield before she becomes a pawn of legislation. When crisis strikes the training facility Captain America himself gets her out, but safe houses don't exist when Tony Stark is out to get you.
Starring Eliza Lilly, 26 year old original character. Story is based on the Civil War comic event but happens in an alternate universe outside of the comics or movie.
Trigger warning: mentions of sexual abuse and self harm.

Eliza Lilly
Original Character. Eliza is 26 years old when we meet her. She was a homeless teen making her living by fighting illegally in the Bronx. She reluctantly agreed to join Shield to avoid prison. Her ability to heal herself and others makes her an asset to Shield and her enemies.
Steve Rogers
Captain America. Steve has retired from combat after Sokovia and now leads the Avengers from the Shield training facility. He is also a leader to the Rats, training them for their mission to find and arrest any superpowered humans refusing to sign the Superhuman Registration Act.
Tony Stark
Iron Man. Tony is director of the Registration Act Tactical Specialist (Rat) program. He tries to keep these young agents under his thumb and has no mercy for any superhuman that refuses to register.
Xander Knox
Original Character. Xander is 28 years old, he is Eliza's ex-boyfriend. He doesn't have any abilities and abuses Eliza to manipulate hers. He is highly skilled in combat and is the top ranked initiate in his class.
