Misguided Ghosts
Summary
Brenna Cross was different than any other person in Indiana. Born with powers that she can't even explain, she's on the run from the CIA who want to dissect her and use her powers for their own good. When SHIELD rescues her when they're about to take captive of her, keeping her safe in the helicarrier, they offer her to join the Avengers, where she fights to save New York and keep Loki and the Chitauri out. But after that's over, she relocates. And when she does, she's given a new mission: destroy HYDRA's weapon, the Winter Soldier.
WARNING: Some very highly planned out sexual situations, high graphic violence, mentions of depression and suicide, spoilers of Captain America: The Winter Soldier and many references towards the discussion of self harm and abuse. If you don't like it, don't read it.

A walking science project that changed her into a genetically altered superhuman, which causes her to become the face of CIA's new target. She's taken into SHIELD for protection until weeks later, she's brought back in for the Avengers Initiative. She goes under the name Silverlight, wearing a dark grey catsuit similar to Agent Romanoff's. Love interest to Bucky Barnes/The Winter Soldier. Portrayed by BrennaRogers.
