Are You Afraid

We have just gotten on the jet to go to S.H.I.E.L.D.'s base.
Steve starts to look through the file I gave told him about the other day.
"So this Doctor Banner was trying to replicate the serum used on me?" Steve asked.
I chuckle, while Phil says, "A lot of people were."
"You were the world's first superhero. What would you expect?" I tell him, as an after thought.
"Banner thought that gamma radiation would be the key to unlocking the original formula," Phil says.
"It didn't really work out for him though..."
Phil shoots me a look, then says, "But when he's not that thing, though, the guy is like a Steven Hawking."
I see Steve's confusion, so I say, "He's a really smart person."
"I got to say, it's an honor to meet you. Officially, that is. I sort of met you. I watched you while you were sleeping."
I face palm, but Phil keeps on going. "I-I was present, while you were unconscious. From the ice."
I shake my head and my hand over Phil's mouth, before he embarrasses himself even more.
"What Phil means, is he is a huge fan of your work, and is very honored to meet you."
Phil glares at me, so I move my hand away.
"I just hope I'm the man for the job," Steve mutters.
I laugh. "You'll do great. Don't worry," I smile warmly to him.
"So, uh we made some slight modifications to the uniform," Phil tells him.
"Aren't the stars and stripes a bit old fashioned?"
"Steve, with everything that's happening, I think everyone will need a bit old fashioned."

So, for now, I am going to do short chapters, until I get asked for longer chapters. ONly then will i do that!!!! Love,
