Steve's Past
Steve would say his life is perfect "So it's yours and Bucky fifth anniversary anything special planned?" Peggy Steve's best friend asked him. Steve worked at a law firm as secretary for Peggy the two known each other since diapers. "Uh I don't know he has been really quiet around me lately," Steve said his boyfriend has been really quiet around him lately. "Hmm then he has something planned," she said Steve just chuckled Peggy and Bucky knew each other from diapers too. All three of them are best friends and it is really nice over the holidays when they all gathered at Steve and Bucky's house. Steve's phone began to rang he pulled it out from his pocket "Its Bucky," Steve said "Answer it!" Peggy whispered Steve answered it "Hey," 'Babe ask Peg if she can let you go early!' Steve looked over at Peggy she was eavesdropping Steve covered his phone. "If you heard that Bucky is asking if you can let me off early," Steve asked. "Hmmm," Peggy she she was tapping her index finger on her red lips 'Tell her if she doesn't let you off early I will sneak into her house and set fire to her teddy bear!' Bucky yelled loud enough for Peggy to hear.
"Steve got out of this office!" Peggy yelled Steve chuckled and nodded he waved good bye and left. Bucky was waiting outside the law firm for him he had a bouquet of red and white roses. Steve was blushing "Hey Stevie," Bucky said with a smile on his face. "Bucky they are beautiful," Steve said he took the flowers "So are you ready for our date?" Bucky said he opened the passenger door for Steve. "What a gentleman," Steve said Bucky just gave a nerves chuckle "Only for you," Bucky said Steve smiled. "So where are we going?" Steve asked Bucky stepped into the car "It's a surprise first you need to go home and change and get ready!" Bucky said he drove off.
When they got to their home Steve ran to get ready he hopped into the shower Bucky was getting dressed. Steve hopped out the shower Steve walked over to their closet Bucky just watched as his partner who just had a towel wrapped around his waist Bucky could still see water drops sliding down. "Don't be a tease!" Bucky said Steve just chuckled and continued to look for his suit when they were dressed and ready they left.
"So where are we going?" Steve asked Bucky just smiled "Wait and see!" Bucky said the driver to the secret place was pleasant. They talked about their day "So Angie told us all at work she was pregnant again," Steve said. "What?! George did say anything isn't that their fifth kid?" Bucky asked Steve nodded. "She get's heats every month," Steve said "An that is how they have four girls what is this one now?" Bucky asked. "Uh I think its a girl. Angie said she wants the boy then she is closing shop," Steve said Bucky shivered "She should've closed shop a long, long, long time ago," Steve playfully punched Bucky. "What its the truth! She is in her 40s!" again Steve punched him playfully "You know she is good company!" Steve said he had a cute pout on his face. Bucky just chuckle he soon pulled up into parking lot with old school cars from the 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, and so on. All kept in pristine care "Oh wow look at those cars!" Steve said all happy. He want to see all of them "You are such an old soul," Bucky said but gave a small smile. Bucky open the door for Steve with his hand extended Steve smiled he took it. "This reminds me of our first date," Steve said.
The walked with linked arms Steve laid his head on Bucky's shoulder as they walked to the restaurant. When they walked in Steve gasped everything in the restaurant looked like it was from the 40s. It was like they step into the past "It me an hour to find this place on the internet it took me another to find it with you," Bucky said rubbing the back of his head with his free hand. "Hi welcome to Shake'am I'm Debee," the young woman said. She is a pretty brunette her hair was style in a chignon which it brought out her brown eyes. Her dress was a simple navy blue and her heels were red which brought out her red lip stick she also wore a pearl necklace. "Hi Debee I have reservation," "Oh name sir?" "Barnes," the woman looked at him. "Oh yes! Your table is this way please follow me," she said. They followed her she led them to a booth she dropped off menus and left. "This place is beautiful! I love it thank you for bring me here Bucky!" Steve said he kissed him "Anything for you," Bucky said.
Back in the kitchen
"Oh they are here!" "Who's here Debee?" "The alpha that is going to propose to his omega!" Debee's alpha Meg roll her eyes at her partner. "Do you have the ring?" she asked Debee, Debee looked into her dress pocket "Right here!" she said. "Could you believe it Meg! The last time someone propose in this restaurant was us! That was like a year ago! An now some one els-" Debee stopped Meg walked over to her. "Hey take it easy remember you are carrying," Meg said she kissed Debee's forehead Debee just blushed. "Sorry sometimes I forget could you believe it in eight month we will meet our child I am soo happy!" Debee spun around.
Dinning area
Debee walked back with their order after they ate Bucky asked Steve for a dance "Bucky you know I can't dance!" Steve whispered. "You know I can teach you," Bucky said and pulled Steve out of the booth to the dance floor some couples where dancing as well. The first song that came was At Last by Etta James it was a slow swaying song Bucky took the lead. He held Steve close and began to sway to the song.

Bucky held Steve close "Remember the first time I asked you out?" Bucky asked Steve while dancing. Steve smiled "Yeah it was last football game Peggy had to drag me to the game it was a home game. It was up against the reviler school we were down by three points but some how you made on touch down. Then Johnny and Adam made a touch down after tying the game then the last finial minutes. You had the ball and you made a mad dash toward touch down line everyone held their breaths including Peggy and me. But you made it you scored the last touch down and we won Sandy Duffle ran to you to give you a kiss but you pushed her out of the way and came to Peggy and me. You James Buchanan Barnes stole my first kissed then asked me out." Bucky chuckled.

Bucky sighed and nodded it was a bad fight it was on their second anniversary Steve caught a woman kissing him. It almost broke them up "You know she came onto me because I loved you to much to let you go. The fear of letting you go scared me to think that someone else would be spending this much time with you. Scared me I love you too much to let you go but if something ever happen to me-" "Don't say that me and you are going to grow old together," Bucky chuckled "But if something happens it's okay to start over," he said.

Bucky kissed his forehead "I would love to start a family with you our children would be beautiful," Bucky said Steve blushed "What would you want first?" Bucky thought for a moment. "I wouldn't care as long as I know you are the mother of my children," Bucky said Steve kissed him. They continued their dance in complete bliss.
