"All our work is gone. Ultron cleared out, using the internet as an escape hatch" Bruce explained, going thru the computer system I believe. "Ultron" Steve and I said in unison. We all were currently in Tony's lab. Every one was scattered around. Maria sat in a chair tending to her bleeding foot, Helen Cho and Rhodey standing right next to her. Hawkeye was up the stairs, leaning on a railing, while Natasha was also doing the same as Bruce. Steve was standing next to one of the lab tables, next to Bruce, while Tony was at other far off table, looking at a dismembered Iron Legion Bot. Thor was no where in site, and I was currently sitting on the stairs, trying to take everything in. "He’s been in everything. Files, surveillance. Probably knows more about us than we know about each other" Natasha spoke up, turning around to face all of us. "He’s in your files, he’s in the internet. What if he decides to access something a little more exciting?" Rhodey asked, now pacing back and forth in front of Maria who spoke up as well. "Nuclear codes" She said. Rhodey nodded. "Look, we need to make some calls, assuming we still can." He explained. "Nukes? He said he wanted us dead-" "He didn’t say dead, he said extinct" Steve cut Natasha off. Clint walked down the stairs and said "He also said he killed somebody." As Clint walked off the last step I stood up next to him. "But there wasn’t anyone else, besides me in the building." I said looking at him. "Yes there was." Tony said as he walked into the center of the lab, waved his phone in front, and a hologram of an orange image popped up. Bruce, Helen and Rhodey walked closer to the hologram. "What exactly am I looking at?" I asked Tony. "Jarvis. He was the first line of defense. He would’ve shut Ultron down, it makes sense." He explained, crossing his arms in front of him. "No, Ultron could’ve assimilated Jarvis. This isn’t strategy, this is, rage" Bruce told everyone. I then hear loud stomping and turn my head to see Thor angrily walking to the center of the room. He suddenly grabs Tony by the throat and lifts him up. "Thor stop!" I yelled as I ran up to him, grabbing hold of him right arm. "Come on, use your words buddy" Tony chocked out. "I have more than enough words to describe you, Stark" He said with anger dripping out his voice. Steve then walked up to Thor and in a demanding tone said "Thor! The Legionnaire." At the point, Thor unclasped his hold on Tony, causing him to drop and stumble back a bit. "The trail went cold about a hundred miles headed north. And it has the scepter." Thor told everyone, anger clear on his face. They all started talking amongst themselves so I sat myself back down on the stairs. I zoned out of their conversation, until I notice Tony on the computer, laughing. Bruce was right next to him, shaking his head, trying to get Tony to stop. They once again started bickering which caused me to sigh. They agreed to track Ultron down before he because ready to fight us. I leaned my head on the railing next to me and closed my eyes, trying to hear and make sense of what everyone was talking about. "Marie." some one whispered causing my to snap my eyes open. Steve was crouched in front of me, wearing a worried expression. "Go to bed, we'll take care of this." He said as he rubbed his hand on my arm. I sighed and lifted my head off the rail. "I want to help." I said softly, looking down on the ground. As much was I did want to go to bed, I felt the need to help. I couldn’t let everyone help and just have me on the side lines. I was useful too. "This isn’t your fight." I tilt my head up, staring right into Steve's blue eyes, giving him a hard look. "Steve please, I might not know what exactly is going on, but I can help with the fight! Trust me, you saw what I did out there, I helped the team!" I ranted, begging him to let me be useful. His eyes soften and nodded. "Alright, but that’s if your brother lets you. Don’t pout, now come on, I'll walk you to your room." The very next day I didn’t wake up until noon. My head was killing me. I reluctantly got up from my bed and headed to the shower. I stepped out when I was all done, towel drying my hair, quickly changed into a some black tight jeans and a lose red shirt. I put on my boots and ran to the elevator taking me to the pent house. I found everyone in the Lab, talking about some man in Wakanda. Everyone walked out the lab, about to get ready for Wakanda. I run up to Tony as he walks into the room where he kept his suits. "So I was thinking, that perhaps I can help out? Take me with you." I said to Tony who kept walking, looking forward. "No." I sigh, and tried again. "Please! I wont be a bother I swear I can help!" I pestered. At this point Tony stopped walking, turned to face me and gave me a glare. " Marie you are NOT going and that is final." He raised his voice, causing me to flinch back. His gaze soften and placed his hands on my shoulders. "Look I just don’t want you to get hurt okay." He explained. "Remember how we first met? You took me with you and told me to trust you. Now its your turn to trust me."Tony stared at me for what seemed like for ever, then rolled his eyes. "Fine but I was you with me at all times do you understand?" He asked. I grinned and nodded eagerly. "Need a suit?" I scoffed and started running to my floor. "I already got one." I put on my Ravager suit, black finger-less gloves, the jet attachment on my boots, my arsenal which consists of some plasma spheres, gravity mine, and a holographic scanner. I last put my helmet piece to the right side, then secure my flower bracelet and take off to where the Quin Jet Is located.
